East Austin is a trendy neighborhood which is quickly gaining popularity. The location is very convenient as it is close to everything from Downtown to the airport, and everywhere in between. Enjoy all of the local east side coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping while on this side of the city. There are many gems to be found!

-Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent is provided for on-site laundry.

Please do be mindful of the following rules as you stay in our house:
-This is a non-smoking house and a fee of $250 will be charged should any room smell of smoke.
-Quiet Hours from 9pm to 8am: please refrain from any outside noises and keep inside noises to a reasonable level.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. Please make sure all lotions / make up / oils have been completely removed from your skin. If we have to send a team to clean the hot tub after your check out, you will incur a $189 surcharge.
-We do not allow fires in the fire-pit at this moment. There is a fire ban in Austin and fire risk is too high.
-Please remove shoes upon entering the home to prevent stains on floor :)
As for pets, our fee is $80 for the first pet, then an additional $20 per pet (per stay) if you have more than 1 pet.
