Located in the heart of Riga's charming Old Town. 4 bedrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi and 2 toilets gives your group lots of comfortable options. Supermarket, Opera House, Cafes - all within minutes walk.
4 bedrooms: 1st a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd with a double bed, 3rd with a double bed, 4th with a single bed and extendable futon that can sleep one adult comfortably or two children. And a living/dining room with a pull out sofa for two.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances.
1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower in the master bedroom ( no toilet). And 2 separate bathrooms with toilets.
Apartment is on the 6th floor with beautiful roof -top views. There is a lift however it sometimes gets iffy and doesn't work. So if you have to have a lift 100% then probably not the best option.
Very secure. There is a key-code gate at the street entrance and a key-code door to enter the building.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment. The only thing inaccessible are 2 locked closets where we keep personal effects.
You will be provided with our phone numbers to arrange your arrival and communicate during your stay. Please be aware that this is not a hotel and no check in counter so we will need accurate arrival times to meet you, to show you in and provide keys and codes. We will have someone available during your stay if there are any issues.
Clean towels, bed linens and basic toiletries are provided as well as coffee, tea, sugar and some herbs for cooking.
Please note a surcharge applies for arrivals after 7pm.
