Summary: We stayed with my parents, two young adult nieces, and two young boys. The river is beautiful and loud. Be aware that the river is not a place to play in right in front of the house. The house is beautiful and comfortable- everyone has plenty of space. We’ve stayed in many vrbos and this has been our favorite. I will say this, not as a complaint but be aware, there’s some stairs and slick surfaces. Not necessarily a place for people with knee or stability issues. But for everyone else, it’s the best places in the smokies.
