The lower level pool patio features Dedon designer furnishings, a dining table for 6, a second fire pit, one of a kind masonry design and specimen trees.
The oversized, solar heated 18'x 44' pool has a water feature, sundeck with in-water ledge loungers, led color changing lights, stadium steps and corner bench.
The four bedroom areas feature one brand-new King bed, a full bed, two queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Can accommodate two more in the separate studio apartment space.
Recently installed whole house water filtration offering you alkaline water at all times.
Newly remodeled downstairs area game room, with 55" flat screen and sound bar, full bath, and craft area accompany the queen bed.
