Enter through the white picket fence to obtain your key and enter into the main house. The basement unit is a 1/1 and can be accessed either through the backyard or down the side stairs outside to the basement unit access. The basement features a queen bed, a bathroom with stand-up shower only, a living room with a sofa, chair, and TV, as well as a full kitchen. Easy access to the backyard to let the dogs out.
The main house is easy to access and is level with the street.

Across from the guest bedroom is an awesome dining room that seats 6. Walk to the back of the house for the living room, renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. In the kitchen I offer a coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and general kitchen items you would expect. The bathroom offers all of the general toiletries you will need.
Feel free to run a load of laundry in the washer and dryer. Help yourself to all the kitchen gear or food that you can find.
The back deck is spectacular and you will love getting some fresh air. The backyard is perfect to let your dog run. It is fenced in.
There is one air conditioner and one hot water heater for both units. The basement runs about 5 degrees cooler than the basement. The minimum temperature set for the upstairs is 75 degrees. Typically the basement is between 68 to 72 degrees.

There is plenty of street parking on my street. In the evenings you can get a spot right in front of the house. During the day when the animal hospital is open, you may need to park a house or two down. I also offer a parking pad behind the house where you can park 3 cars off-street. The parking pad is gravel but has some tall grass growing. The parking pad is not recommended for fancy cars.
