With three bedrooms all equipped with their own smart TV, you are sure to feel at home! Very convenient to downtown Raleigh, Wake Med Hospital, NC State University and many other attractions. This house is nested in a quiet neighborhood located conveniently near many public transportation options.We happily allow up to two dogs but do have a pet fee.

Guest's have access to the entire home, front and back yard and parking space for up to 4 cars. If you were to have more cars than that, please confirm with the host regarding additional guest parking space. We do have one owner's closet that stays locked.

We are located in the Worth Dale neighborhood of downtown Raleigh. We are minutes from The Alamo Drafthouse Movie theater, restaurants, shopping and convenient to grocery stores or convenience stores. As hosts we follow the town ordinances or quiet hours between 10 pm- 7 am. We ask that all guests are respectful of the neighbors and the house rules.
