3 Bedroom Cabin in Hiawassee
Lake Lovers Overlook (412437) has one of the best views in Hiawassee from the interior of this home. View of the mountains of the United States National Forest. You can see Lake Chatuge, mountains of Brasstown Bald (tallest point in Georgia) and sunsets every night! There is a camera at the front porch just to look over the driveway. Enjoy the view from inside the home during any season, or relax on the wrap around covered deck with lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a cool breeze from the outdoor ceiling fans.
Enjoy a HOT TUB in the winter or cool the temperature down for a refreshing summer soak while taking in the beautiful lake and mountain views.
The kingsize bedroom is on the main with a private full bath with a separate tub and shower, walk in closet and TV.
The second bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and a TV. A second full guest bath separates the master and the second bedroom. Under the cabinet "night lights" are in both bathrooms.
The kitchen on the main level is fully furnished with wormy maple cabinets and solid surface, quartz countertops. A dining table is off the kitchen next to a laundry closet with a washer and dryer also on the main level.
Living room has a gas fireplace with large sofa, two lazy boy recliners and lodgr chair in the vaulted great room on main, with a 50" flat screen TV, Access the wrap around deck from either one of two french doors where you will find two Adirondack chairs, four rocking chairs, table and 4 chairs.
Downstairs has a third king size second master bedroom with attached full bath and enter from either the bedroom or the second living area. Bathroom has double sinks.
The living area has two twin beds and a trundle bed setup. A TV is in the 2nd living area with a pool table and foosball table is in the living area.
You can access the yard from downstairs where you will find a fire pit and view of the mountains! The home has WiFi.
The best thing is this home is just a short drive, 1/2 mile to HWY 76, in the middle of Hiawassee. Ingles Grocery with a Starbucks is about a mile away. The Georgia Mountain Fair ground is only a short 10 minutes down highway 76.
