Positive: Just returned from a fabulous 10-day stay! The studio is in the perfect location, a couple walkable blocks from both the beach and Chedraui (grocery store). Daniel was extremely responsive with any questions I had. On-site co-host Amor was also very helpful. The building/condo is brand new. There is always someone cleaning the hallways, staircase, etc. The neighborhood, Za-zil Ha, seems to be the up-and-coming - lots of new condo buildings. We were never concerned about safety walking around. The building also has secured entry. Many many restaurants on 5th (one block away) and around. We enjoyed exploring the ones away from 5th. Several offered vegan options. We will definitely rent this studio again on a return visit. Thank you Daniel!
