Cameras:The residence is monitored by SimpliSafe 24/7. There is a camera on the second floor outside the
home facing the side yard and there is the doorbell camera. You’ll notice the security base underthe kitchen counter that should not be moved or unplugged. There is a camera plugged in insidethe garage. It’s simply there to ensure the garage car rule is respected. When you open and close
doors you’ll hear the system. If the alarm goes off, I will be notified and I’ll message you toensure all is OK - it sometimes happens when folks put it in HOME mode and forget, and thenopen a door. Your PIN will deactivate the alarm should it go off at any time. Please put the
system in AWAY mode any time you leave the house. Again, your PIN will deactivate the alarmwhen you enter.
Car garage: Please note we only allow one car to be parked in the garage. Please do not break this rule otherwise a penalty of $250 applies.

Pets:We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
