Stay healthy and safe! Welcome to your own private oasis on the incredible Sunshine Coast! A perfect getaway from the city, this house has a huge private deck with a heated pool and inflatable hot tub (seasonal both are unavailable during winter), propane fire pit overlooking spectacular views of Howe Sound.. There are 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room & dining area. We are within minutes to the Langdale ferry terminal and an 8 minute drive to upper & lower Gibsons. We are within walking distance to Hopkins beach and close to beautiful hikes. We are on a main bus route and have onsite parking. The Space: Open and airy, this house is light-filled and has incredible views from almost every room. The upstairs queen, second king and master bedrooms have balconies overlooking Howe Sound, the perfect place for your morning coffee! There are 2.5 bathrooms. The master has a stand alone shower and a gorgeous corner jetted tub that is overlooking the water. The shared bathroom is a tub/shower combo. There is a half bathroom next to the living room and kitchen. We have a spacious living room with a large sectional and 65' Smart TV. The living room has doors that give you access to the pool and hot tub deck. You can enjoy the incredible water views of Howe Sound from inside the house or the deck. It has a gas fireplace for cooler days/nights, enjoy the cozy warmth of the fire while storm watching from the comfort of your living room. During the colder months our house stays warm with in-floor heating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you might need to create a masterpiece in the kitchen. The dining room and kitchen look out towards the deck and Howe Sound. Whether you have your meal on the deck or inside the house, you will always be able to enjoy the beautiful view. Let's talk about the pool! Our pool is sparkling blue, huge and heated! We keep our pool and hot tub open until the end of October and open them again in the middle of May. Soak in the beautiful views from our small inflatable hot tub, the perfect place to relax after a long hike or swim. Our large deck has beautiful expansive views of Howe Sound. An excellent place to spend warm summer days sunbathing/swimming and barbecuing a meal for your whole family. Other things to note: We have outdoor cameras on the property. One of our outdoor cameras is overlooking the pool for insurance purposes. We do not allow parties or events as this is a very peaceful neighbourhood. Our pool and hot tub hours are 7am to 10pm. There is a strict noise bylaw in effect, no noise after 10pm. *We require a minimum three night stay in summer and on all holidays. Neighbourhood: Our house is located in a very peaceful residential neighbour not ideal for parties or loud events ** Our property is an 8 minute drive to the village in Gibsons (the home of the Beachcombers tv show, local restaurants and shops), an 8 minute drive to upper Gibsons (grocery stores, liquor stores, etc), a 30 minute minute drive to Sechelt and an hour drive to Pender Harbour. Our property is close to Persephone Brewing Company. We are located near two easier hikes: Langdale falls and Soames Hill Hike. Hopkins beach is a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk. Pool and hot tub will not be available Oct 15-May 15
