Head to the entrance through your private gravelled drive into this spacious and extremely well-appointed cottage. The open plan living area is spacious and light with vaulted ceilings and wall to wall windows, a contemporary wood-burner will provide a cosy glow on cooler days and the large television, entertainment. Two steps lead down from here to the well-equipped, bespoke country style kitchen and dining area which overlook the terrace, where in summer you might enjoy alfresco eating and a barbeque or two. The twin bedroom is also on the first floor along with the family bathroom and cloakroom.
Head up the carpeted stairs to the huge master bedroom furnished with a super-king size bed, luxury linens and a Smart television. The en-suite shower-room is ideal to wash away the sand following a day on one of the nearby beaches.
The private lake at Gonwin Manor is a setting which you will find hard to beat, a pontoon, carp swimming below the surface and of course, lovely sea views of St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse. Pour a glass, watch the sun go down and then head back to your lovely retreat for a family meal or gathering with friends.
