The apartment Port 55 is located on a narrow headland between Schlei and Baltic Sea port and is characterized by a beautiful panoramic water views on both sides. Open plan, full of light and modern furnishings, this high-quality apartment offers full holiday comfort. With floor to ceiling windows toward the Schlei convinced the living room of the apartment. On the cozy seating area in the evening in front of the stove you can enjoy the view over the Schlei, its mouth in the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. The fully equipped kitchen is oriented to the port side, allowing an unobstructed view of the harbor cinema. Before floor to ceiling windows invite a massive dining table for six in to holiday meals. From here you get to the directly adjacent terrace with south-south-west exposure. Highlight of the spacious terrace the stylish sun island in lounge optics with optimal wind protection. On the main living level is the sleeping area. Both bedrooms offer water views pure relaxation while high ceilings and slopes create a special cosiness. The master bedroom has an additional TV. Two more sleeping spaces are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Wellness with water views, a fully equipped bathroom on the upper level with a sauna (infrared cabin) and whirlpool. For additional comfort, a shower room on the first floor level. A parking space is located directly in front of the house entrance. Our favorite place: Take a seat in the living or dining area with a view of the panoramic water front, turn your head and see only water on the other sides. The apartment Port 55 is a maisonette on the first and second floor. The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
