This recently remodeled vacation rental offers a wonderful space for family and friends to enjoy quality time together. You will love this 5 bedroom pool home with superior mountain views located in the quiet south end of the Warm Sands neighborhood, and is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs.
Named for the statue of Poseidon standing watch over the front entrance, this generously sized 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, plus it has great separation of bedrooms for when you want some private time. Nicely updated, yet still retaining its desert mid-century roots.
The main house is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, anchored in the middle by the great room and well-equipped, updated cook's kitchen with professional grade appliances.
The kid's room with triple bunk beds and hall bathroom is at the north end of the house, and at the south end is another guest bedroom, bathroom, and the spacious Primary bedroom with its own indulgently designed bathroom with a walk-through shower and access to a private side patio with its own mountain view.
There is also a 2 bedroom casita on the east end of the property with a lounge, pool table, full kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 private bedrooms. All bedrooms at this home have a flat screen TV.
Out back, where you'll likely spend most of your time, features a large, beautiful swimming pool, above ground hot tub, gorgeous mountain views, ping-pong table, lounge seating all around the backyard, a covered patio that's outfitted with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of poolside lounge chairs.
The lush landscaping with privacy hedges and grass area helps create a personal resort-like atmosphere. There's also an EV charger for your electric car too!

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
