My home is located in a quiet/friendly neighborhood, rooms bright & sunny, beachy decor very welcoming and relaxing. Two bedrooms, total 600 sq/ft, entire downstairs of home with private entrance and garage, queen size beds (pillow top & memory foam). Private outdoor patio with gas fire table & BBQ, coffee bar w/mini fridge, microwave and all necessary utensils (no stove/oven). Close to many activities: beach, dining, shopping, hiking trails, wineries, whale watching tours, kayaking and golfing.
* Additional cleaning fee of $100 for children under the age of 8. This fee maybe refunded if the property is left in good condition.
**Beach towels, chairs and cooler/ice available for use during your entire stay.
*** Air Purification machines provided for guest protection in rental area and can be used when windows and doors are closed to ensure circulation of clean air.
In addition, even though the pandemic is subsiding I plan to continue to proceed with caution. Upon arrival I will greet guest at a distance and provide some basic information. Beyond this initial meeting there will be no contact between guest and the host except thru text or a phone call. Also asking guest to leave several windows open upon your departure as a safe guard before I enter to clean later in the day. The rental is thoroughly sanitized and not booked for several days between each reservation/guest to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
