This unique property features several outdoor living spaces (shared with long-term resident upstairs), some tucked away beneath porches and others in the oasis of the beautifully-landscaped gardens.

- The property has several stairs from street level to entry, and a few more stairs once inside the foyer to access the suite.
- We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).
-There is absolutely no smoking in or around the exterior of the property.
Guest Access:
Free street parking is available in front of the home. Guests may access the property via a smartlock with a keypad (all entry codes and specific check-in info sent prior to arrival)

The property is also less than 5 miles from the Expo Center, Churchill Downs, and the Downtown Convention Center/Downtown Louisville. The area is highly walkable and there are several trails in the park, as well as access to local public transportation options.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop along Eastern Parkway, less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
Other Things to Note:
This is a first-floor suite in a private home and there is a long-term resident that lives upstairs. However, this is a managed property and, unlike a hotel, no one is on site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need anything at all.
This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.
