This unique property features several outdoor living spaces (shared with long-term resident upstairs), some tucked away beneath porches and others in the oasis of the beautifully-landscaped gardens.

The area is highly walkable and there are several trails in the park, as well as access to local public transportation options.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop along Eastern Parkway, less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
Other Things to Note:
This is a first-floor suite in a private home and there is a long-term resident that lives upstairs. However, this is a managed property and, unlike a hotel, no one is on site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need anything at all.
