This newly constructed 3-bedroom, 6-bath home sleeps up to 8 people in beds and is nestled on the serene banks of Snows Creek tidal area, offering lovely views and the perfect blend of modern luxury and Cape Cod charm. Tucked away from the bustle, this exclusive residence features a heated saltwater pool and pool house, where you can unwind after a day exploring the area.
Inside, the expansive, light-filled interiors boast a mix of contemporary design, classic aesthetics and high-end finishes throughout. The main floor of the home has multiple seating areas, dining area, screened in porch, gas fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with oversized island. Tucked off of the sunroom is a full bathroom with a shower and the laundry room. The primary bedroom on this level features a king bed, attached private office space (if you need peace and quiet to get some work done), a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and separate soak tub over looking the water. Sliders lead to the deck where you will find comfy Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. The front patio off of the screened in porch has additional Adirondack chairs centered around a gas fire.
The home has two upstairs wings, each comprised of a bedroom suite. One features 1 king bed and 1 single bed, plus an ensuite bathroom with a shower, walk-in closet and a small wet bar area with a coffee station. The other has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The walk-out lower level of the home has another large seating area for additional hang out space plus another full bathroom with a shower.
Outside is truly expansive, with a large driveway with parking for up to 6 cars. Large lawn areas offer plenty of room for corn hole and other games. The fenced-in pool is of course the star of the show. You need to do nothing, just enjoy! The heat and salt water system run automatically. You just get to enjoy it. Around the pool on the decking are chaise loungers, chairs, an outdoor couch, gas grill and a dining table with umbrella. Opening directly onto the pool deck the pool house has a kitchenette, sitting area w/ pull out couch (in case someone wants to sleep out there!) a full bathroom w/ shower and changing area and an open outdoor shower.
