Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home.
- We are located a few minutes from the airport, therefore though the home has double pane windows and blocks out a lot of the noise, but you will still occasionally hear airplanes.
-laundry service available upon request. Washer & Dryer is located in front main home and available to use upon request 72 hours before intent to use as its not private.
- This studio shares the backyard with the main home.
-Only free street parking is available for this home
-This studio is an ADU conversion with a small bathroom.
- Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
-There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
-Pets allowed upon approval and there is a fee of $105 per pet plus a $250 deposit that must be paid before check in.
- Guest making the reservation must be present during the reservation. or Your reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
- Request or instant bookings with no reviews may be cancelled by host. Must have 4.5 stars and above.
- Smoking outside only. No smoking inside allowed. There is a $200 fine fee if the home smell like smoke inside.
-There is a late checkout charge of $150, unless host gives a late check out complimentary.
-Please note that this studio does not have a kitchen, but you can cook a meal on a hotplate, a convection oven, a microwave, and a toaster. This is more like a kitchenette.
-If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the home for you as living near the LAX means you will hear airplanes. A white noise machine is provide to white noise the sound. Please ask us questions if this is a concern.
- By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. By booking this home you agree that if any rule is broken, your reservation will be immediately canceled without any refunds. If you have a question or concern please message us.
