Enjoy beautiful lake views from every room in this 3 bedroom 3 full bath 2700 sq. ft mountain home.
Property-
The Silver Eagle Cottage is located in a private Westminster, SC neighborhood . Our home is close to town, shopping, hiking trails, waterfalls, boat launch site and Clemson football games.
You’ll enjoy having your morning coffee and listening to the sounds of the lake from the large sun deck . The sun deck is accessible from every room on the main level and offers comfortable seating for 8, large market umbrella , gas grill and gas fire pit.
Follow the steps from the deck to the meandering wooden pathway down to the deep water covered dock. The covered deep water dock is 26’x 38’ and the boat opening is 24’ long x 10’ wide. We have 6 life vest available and some water floats and 3 kayaks to use .
3 Bedrooms-
All 3 bedrooms offer lake views, Queen size beds, private full bath and smart TVs .
The Living Room-
Equipped with a large smart tv , high speed internet, gas fireplace , upscale decor, comfortable seating for 8, dining area and lake views.
Wet Bar-
Directly off the living room equipped with a mini fridge, bar ware and 2 stools for additional seating.
Kitchen-
Fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, professional cookware, gas cooktop, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and counter seating for 2.
Game Room-
No matter what the weather is like outside you will have a good time enjoying lake views. Equipped with a regulation size pool table, regulation size shuffle board table, dart board and a poker table. The Game room has access to a large patio with additional seating . Full size futon for additional sleeping.
Laundry Room-
Washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.
Driveway and Location -
The bottom of the paved driveway will accommodate 3 cars with the ability to turn the vehicles around. Additional parking is available at the top of the driveway in the cul-de-sac for boat trailers or vehicles.
We are located just 17 miles to Clemson, 1 hour to the University of Georgia, 2 hours to Atlanta, 2.5 hours to Charlotte, 8 miles to Westminster, SC. and 5.4 miles to a boat launch site.
