Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is outstanding! The beach access is unmatched. We were able to run down to the beach so easily. All of the beach equipment was in the garage and so nice. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working the last four days of our stay, which was a bummer. We chose this house because it did have AC. It got a little uncomfortable in the main area of the home. All the upgrades they've made to the home are awesome but the kitchen really does need some upgrades, hopefully that area is next. Looks like they're remodeling a little at a time. The attention to detail of all the spaces that have been remodeled are amazing!
