Pool & Pond Guidelines:
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting)
The natural pond and surrounding grounds are accessible year-round
Swim and use all water features at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool and pond
No diving or rough play
No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool area
Life jackets are required for children and strongly recommended for all pond boating activities
Use of the paddle boat and Jon boat is at your own risk
Important: A separate safety waiver is required for use of the pool, pond, and watercraft. This will be provided upon booking and must be signed before check-in. Use of these amenities is not permitted without a signed waiver.
Security & Privacy:
For guest safety and insurance purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home, monitoring entry points and general property activity. We value your privacy and do not review footage unless a specific safety or policy issue arises
