I am a 39 year old female looking to rent a room in my shared home.
I work as a chef in yachts as well as doing therapy for kids with autism in the school system.
I'm very tidy, mature and respectful. My hobbies include outdoor activities, travel, skiing, scuba diving, and art.
I am a yoga teacher and enjoy staying fit on the nature trails surrounding my home. I have a large patio, yard and my home is fully furnished.
I'm located next to a beautiful river and a 15 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Mt. Washington ski resort is a 25 min drive from my doorstep! The beaches, mountains, lakes and rivers are all within a stones throw !
I also have a very sweet 1 year old cat who lives with me.
This room has a new queen mattress and faces the peace and quiet of the large backyard. There's a dresser, closet, bedside tables, a lamp and a fan. All linens provided!
