This is a Private Studio for SOLO TRAVELER ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs that has a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard. With a vaulted ceiling and relaxing touch of rustic river rock bathroom designing. Enjoy its beautiful and highly functional Kitchenette with coffee bar. It was formerly the fourth room of my home that has been carefully renovated as a Private Studio overlooking a natural woodland spot (one and half acre).
THE SPACE
This charming studio can only accommodate One Guest ( 250 sq ft). It was formerly the fourth room of my house that has carefully been renovated as a private suite. Located upstairs with its own exterior entrance through the back deck. Its interior doors have been closed off from the rest of the home, keeping it completely private. But it does share a wall with my office so I work at home. Fully furnished and stocked with all things you need to enjoy your stay:
* 250 sq ft open layout.
* Private Entrance with Keypad Lock
*Comfortable open floor room with a full-size modern bed and a memory foam mattress for the comfort & pleasure of the single guest. Bedding is changed between each guest so you will enjoy a fresh, assorted & decorative bedding set.
*Large closet with hangers, an extra blanket, and a laundry box for dirty towels & bedclothes.
*Contiguity sitting area: Containing a comfortable couch, motion TV with Roku station & WI-FI, as well as a folding dinner table/laptop table.
*Chic corner kitchenette equipped with microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and a starter amount of ground coffee/tea/sugar for having your favorite brew at morning; disposable tableware for saving your time and effort for cleaning up, as well as napkins and stirrers. A plus decor mugs to enjoy a hot coffee!
*Private and relaxing bathroom with an enclosed clear glass, river rock shower floor for giving a natural massage to your feet, single sink with enough rooms for your belongings, towel rack with fresh towels, enclosed shower shelf with shampoo and body wash, additional shower curtain for your optional use.
*An additional air conditioning and ceiling fan for your optional use in those hot days of Summer and a portable heater for those cold winter days.
**STARTER PACK OF SUPPLIES:
Paper towel roll in dispenser (1) and Toilet Paper roll (1) are provided for your stay, Dishwashing Liquid in dispenser, Shampoo/Body Wash in dispenser (1/1), kitchen trash bag (2), bath trash bag 4 gallon (2). Coffee, Tea, Sugar amounts in containers, disposable tableware. The Starter Pack Amount of Supplies applies for short and long-stay rental. We kindly ask you pick up a little extra should you need more due to the high cost.
Creamer, oil and salt are not provided.
*BEST PART: Quick and easy access to the highway I-75, I-575, Highway 92, and 41 & Privileged Location at only 3 miles away from Woodstock DT, 4 miles from the Allatoona Lake, just 3 miles from The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta, 3.7 miles from Kennesaw University, Downtown Atlanta 25 miles, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport 32 miles.
* IMPORTANT PART: My family lives in the house so expect everyday normal noises. I work from my office in home and need a quiet atmosphere.
If your plans are to work remotely during the day, our place may not be a good fit for you. Only Suited for One Person who has plans to be out during most daylight hours, including solo tourists, solo travel & business workers.
*****FOR LONG TERM STAYS more than 15 days , a maintenance cleaning is required every two weeks for a fee of $35.00. We provide guest with fresh towels and linens, as requesting.
GUEST ACCESS
The Guest has the private use of the entire guest suite during your stay. Everything you need will be in the suite, including an extra blanket in the closet, but if you need anything, extra towels/linens etc, just give me a shout! . The single guest is welcome to enjoy the front porch & back yard overlooking woodland, observing many species of birds, squirrels, rabbits, and deer, or enjoying a sip of coffee on our deck and is free to arrive at any time after checking-in but in a non-noisy way about other people at home. Shared back deck and outdoor furniture. You may see us or others on the grounds sometimes and most likely on weekends and holidays.
Other things to note: HOUSE RULES:
1-Available for One Registered Guest Only. Only you, the Registered Guest may be present at this property and may not have visiting guests or accompanying guests over for any period of time. Maximum number of guests we can accommodate in the studio is one (1) person. We only host guests who have positive reviews. These are non-negotiable.
2- If you is a Smoker, This IS NOT the right place for you. The host is allergic to smoke. Absolutely No Smoking, No Vapor, No drugs, No Cannabis, No Alcohol inside the Suite or around it the property.
3- Absolutely No Pets. Host is severely allergic to dogs and cats. 4-Not suitable for children and infants.
4- Check-in is at anytime after 4 pm until 11 pm on your arrival day, and check out is at 10 am, except in special cases with prior host notifications. We will sent to you the keypad code door the same day of your check in. You will find the WIFI Code in the Private Studio Rules on the white table.
5-Always lock the entrance door of the suite when you leaving.
6-Please turn off all lights, and TV when not in use or you leaving. Turn off or adjust the thermostat/ heater when leaving. To avoid power interruption do not plug simultaneously portable heater with any other electric device, except the refrigerator.
7-We appreciate your disposition to conserve linens and towels in good conditions without food, makeup stains or damages.
