This house is definitely a cutie! It is perfectly furnished and staged down to the T. This 4 bedroom house has a Master bedroom with a King size bed, a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed, and 2 additional queen rooms, plus 2 full bathrooms! The living area is comfortable, stylish, and cozy. The perfect trendy and homey place to stay at while visiting Idaho Falls.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Summary: The inside was as the photos showed which was pretty nice-the outside of the house left a little to be desired in that the lawn was pretty dead- the biggest issue that I failed to notice on the description was the lack of AC- when we arrived, the house was pretty hot-we got fans going and later in the evening opened all the windows and it finally cooled off enough that we slept fine-I probably wouldn’t stay again in the summer months unless AC was added-but other than that, it was a decent place-
