This home is ideal for entertaining. You enter the home to a large, formal living room with a bar and gas fireplace, leading to a step-down family room/dining room with your second gas fireplace, overlooking the pool and spa. Step back up the generous, well-appointed chef’s kitchen and delight your friends with your gourmet skills or continue outside through the glass sliding doors to the sparkling pool and spa. There is lounging for everyone, casual seating areas and a fire feature for day and evening relaxation.
The main house offers two guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them is ensuite to serve as your primary suite. A great perk of this home is the attached casita offering the third guest room with its own ensuite bath, kitchenette & private entrance. All 3 guest rooms offer king beds and TV’s.
