This spacious split-level two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse offers you proximity to amenities as well as luxurious accommodations.
QC1608 has wireless internet in the unit and 3 flat screen TVs. On the entry level you'll find a large bedroom with two full size double beds, TV and connecting bath with tub and shower. Steps down lead to the master suite with king bed; a toddler bed that is tucked in to the large walk-in closet; master bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower; and a sitting area with a recliner and swivel rocker, wall mounted TV and an electric fireplace. Plus, enjoy a private balcony and deck with chairs overlooking Lake Lure and Youngs Mountain gracing the background. On this same lower level is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Steps lead from the entry level up to the main living, dining, kitchen, and entertaining areas. The vaulted great room design features a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, overstuffed arm chair and 2 comfortable slipper chairs, beautiful fireplace, and 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. In the dining area is an oak table with 6 chairs with 3 additional raised chairs along the breakfast bar. The kitchen has oak floors and is well-equipped with electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. A large deck running along the full width of the great room overlooks Lake Lure with lots of outdoor seating, offering a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening conversation. Whether you’re inside or outside this townhouse, you'll enjoy the views and fresh mountain air and the convenient walk of a few hundred yards to the beach, marina and Wellness Center.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lurerental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
