Summary: It is exactly as described, situated on a quiet street of 11 homes. Very close to main streets, less than 10 minutes from downtown and the river. Many restaurants within 5/10 minutes. We really liked Ciana, very close by. Easy to communicate with Craig, the owner. We were there for 4 weeks.
