Enjoy the private setting of this end unit, 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo with convenient access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort (via shuttle bus stop 2 minutes away), the Incline Village and neighboring beaches, hiking trails, mountain biking, and all Tahoe has to offer. Outside, the extra large deck features patio seating for 4-6, two comfortable lounge chairs, horseshoe pit, and a hammock hanging under the Tahoe pines. The remodeled kitchen has an island for additional seating and food preparation along with well-stocked items for entertaining and cooking enjoyment. The spacious primary bedroom loft suite has a TV for streaming and gaming with a cozy loveseat and modern rustic furnishings. The second bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable Murphy bed and large built in desk for working remotely. The Murphy bed folds up for extra living space to do yoga, meditation, etc. in this quiet setting. Both full bathrooms have been remodeled and offer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers. The living area features a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and a dining table looking out at the beautiful Tahoe forest.
