Summary: First, this property was clean, clean, clean! It felt like you were out in the country, but was convenient to all of the restaurants, gas stations, and stores in King as well as to surrounding towns such as Mt. Airy and Winston-Salem. The home was spacious, had great water pressure, comfy beds and pillows, and everything worked. We always appreciate a pet friendly place and this one has a small fenced in area that was perfect for our little dog. Rodney's communication was timely and friendly. We have stayed in places with a notebook full of rules and tasks to follow. This one has a sheet of paper on the refrigerator with important info. We were just so pleased with the experience, had everything we needed, and felt that it was much nicer than we expected. If we are back in this area, we would definitely choose The Summer House.
