- A maximum of 2 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in the garage located at the back of the house.
- The garage remote control is conveniently located near the garage door on the ground floor.
- Please use the designated parking area and avoid parking in the rear driveway or on the left side of the house, even temporarily.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?*
- There are no recording devices inside the house.
- There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. There is no recording device in the interior of the house.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed in our home or any indoor space. This applies to both tobacco and cannabis use.
- A violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 additional cleaning fee. Please note that we have smoke-detecting devices indoors.
*CAN I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE?*
- Guests can adjust the temperature freely, but we kindly request that guests maintain a temperature between 73°F and 78°F to prevent overtaxing the AC system.

*ARE WATER AND ICE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY?*
- The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker. To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we provide a Brita pitcher and ice trays.
- For larger groups, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice quickly.
