Positive: The property was good.
Negative: There was a bag of rotten spinach in the fridge that was dripping and reeking. There was an odour in the room. There were no utensils or pots and pans, no cups or glasses and only a few random dishes despite the kitchenette description. The window screen was cut like it had previously been broken into. It felt unsafe.
Summary: Room not clean.
