PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Rancho El Mirador is an intimate complex of 61 units situated around beautiful landscaped grounds, an inviting pool area with hot tub and tennis court. It is conveniently located on Indian Canyon Blvd, one the main streets through Palm Springs, but inside you are transported into a quiet desert oasis with green lawns, orange trees, and bougainvillea. It sits at the bottom of the San Jacinto mountains and there are spectacular mountain views from both bedrooms. Wake to the sun rise reflected on the mountains or sit on the back balcony to watch the evening sun set over the mountains. Ruth Hardy Park, The Wellness Park, and the Movie Colony neighborhood--"homes of the rich and famous"--are just a few blocks away.
Our unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a California king bed and en suite bath with walk in shower, and one with two twin beds and a bath with tub/shower combo on the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two decks, one off the living room and one in the back that can be accessed from both bedrooms. The living room has a 46' Smart TV with hi def cable. There is free high-speed internet and phone with free calls to the USA and Canada.
The entire unit was renovated and furnished in 2015-16 Towels and bedding are regularly replaced/updated.
