A perfectly casual blend of 20th Century modern and Mid century design, light and airy, Modern and vintage art-filled with original 1964 gold foil wallpaper in the guest bedroom.
There are two 55” Roku televisions with high speed wireless internet.
At the heart of the property is a heated community pool, spa with lush vintage landscaping, architectural shadow block walls, green space and 360 degree mountain views, hundreds of impossibly high swaying palm trees and a nightly blanket of stars guaranteed for a good night’s sleep. A veritable time capsule of Mid century architecture. This landmark 1964 property is featured in the book MOD MIRAGE and was on the 2022 Modernism tour.
One of the best locations in the desert, it is walking distance to The River with its popular restaurants, movies while only minutes away from the El Paseo luxury shopping district ,art galleries and Sunnylands. Walking distance to Nobu Restaurant in November at the top of the Cove. A short drive away from Agua Caliente Casino, Entertainment and downtown Palm Springs. A great neighborhood for a daily walk and close to hiking trails.

Summary: We loved our stay! The location is excellent: a quiet neighbourhood but only a sort walk to all the amenities of the River as well as good coffee shops and a great community park. The complex is very quiet and nicely landscaped, particularly the pool. The unit is well furnished with plenty of storage space if you are there for an extended stay. The kitchen is very efficiently laid out and well equipped. Lulu is an excellent host. She is very responsive but not obtrusive. We have rented again for next year and can't wait to get back.
