Positive: Very quiet, very clean and within walking distance of PES

Negative: Breakfast was not included in the price but it appeared to be available at extra cost. We were greeted when we first arrived and the rooms and garden environment were very nice. We did not see any sign of owner or staff the next morning and had to find somewhere to have breakfast. Fortunately the Booktree cafe opened at 8am and we were able to have a delicious breakfast. Still no sign of anyone when we left the keys in the locks and departed.

Summary: Lovely clean quiet place.
