Summary: Overall I enjoyed my time, I will be honest though, it is a older building so walls are thin where you can hear conversations around you so do keep in mind if you are being loud, it is easily heard from the tenants around you and you will also hear it. There is a quiet time established after 11pm but you will hear the outside noise. Location is good, I stayed for a visit so the proximity to downtown St. Louis and the airport made it fast Uber/Lyft trips to get from the place to downtown or the airport. Owner is also very responsive and willing to make sure your stay is good. Had one concern and the owner was on top of it, so you won't have to worry about communication.
