The Makai is an awesome, amenity-filled building on 42nd street in Ocean City, Maryland, and 306 is one of its premier west facing condos. This two bedroom, two bath unit will easily become your home away from home - featuring new upgrades and decor throughout, plus recently installed padding and carpeting in both bedrooms. Step outside the living room onto your private balcony where you can sip your favorite beverage and observe an array of waterfowl, boats and jet skis playing on the water, or the mesmerizing emergence of the sunset hues in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has just what you need to whip up meals for your guests and if you're a coffee drinker, this owner provides both a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a regular drip machine. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV will keep you connected and entertained when you're not wiling away the day at the beach, and the central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable on those hot summer nights. Amenities at the much sought after Makai include a year round indoor pool which is surrounded by garage style doors that are opened up during the summer to allow guests to sunbathe outside after taking a dip, a fitness center, a billiards room with two tables, two elevators for easy access and a beautiful sitting area in the lobby which also provides complimentary Wi-Fi. The building is ideally located just a block away from the beach, many popular restaurants such as Dough Roller, Tap House Grill, Barn 34, and Seacrets, and next door to the Ocean City Convention Center. Sleeping up to six guests, both bedrooms feature queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, if needed. Rents Sunday/Thursday and Thursday/Sunday in season and any 3 nights throughout the rest of the year. Guests must provide their own bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
