Positive: The apartment is exactly as you see it in the pictures, so we hadn't unpleasant surprises in this regard. Clean and fully furnished. Large, but at the same time secluded terrace. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and enough towels, some of which, however, I think are due for replacement. In addition to the two bedrooms, there are two more sofas in the living room (I'm not sure if they extend), which makes it possible for more than four people to stay. By car, you can get to Granada and the Alhambra in particular relatively quickly and without any problems. The underground garage, where you have a reserved space for yourself, is in the building directly opposite the one where the apartment is located. ########################################################################################## We arrived at 3:20 PM on the street in front of the apartment. I called the landlord and he told me that in order to be able to enter both the apartment and the garage, we had to fill out a special registration form, which he had sent to my email. I opened my email and saw that the email from him had arrived exactly 15 minutes ago (at 3:05 p.m.). I want to clarify that I had made the reservation more than half a year ago. It could have been sent to me a little earlier, at least the day before, and not have had to fill it out on the street. The street is narrow. We had a very large SUV, so when a car came up behind us we had to move the car further down the street, and there was no place to stop safely so that I could fill in the data it required over the phone. Because of all this, I had to make several rounds of the neighborhood looking for a place where I could still stop and fill out the forms, which were quite detailed (for 4 people in a calm environment, if you have one, you need at least 15 minutes).
Negative: This took me almost an hour (with the constant moving of the car) and quite a bit of nerves. A great start to our visit to Granada... At one point, after another car tour of the streets of the town, I called the landlord again and asked him to give us the codes for both the keys to the apartment and the garage, telling him that as soon as we moved in I would send him the necessary registration details. However, he explained to me that according to Spanish law, we can only enter the property after we have registered. OK! but knowing this, why did he send me the registration link at the last possible moment, even shortly after the start of the access time to his property? We are hardly the first guests he has welcomed. I should have shown a little more flexibility and foresight. I should add that we were in Andalusia for three weeks, we visited many places and cities, but we only had a similar problem in this place. So it is not only according to Spanish law ... Regarding the parking lot. In it, you have a place that is next to the apartment, so there are no surprises here. Those with large cars like us may encounter a problem. You have to be very careful and have a good sense of space to be able to get the car down. As I said, the street in front is narrow and if you maneuver incorrectly towards the garage entrance door, you can peel the paint off your car. We managed to avoid this, but there were a lot of marks on the walls from other cars that before us did not manage to enter the right way. Getting out of the garage is easier. Inside the apartment, you could consider putting a dryer for wet dishes (there is none and it is not clear where to put them after you have washed them). There were all kinds of cleaning products, but there wasn't washing-up liquid left for the kitchenware.
