Sea Breeze Cottage features an ocean vibe with lots of natural light, bamboo and tile flooring, open beamed ceilings and lots of seaside details. This 1,400 sq. ft. haven is shear adorableness with its sea life covered walls, themed rooms and aquatic color scheme. Enjoy three bedrooms with accommodations for six guests, all linens included. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining area, a large game room and a private fenced in patio. This little beauty encourages you to relax, play a game, soak in the hot tub, eat alfresco, and enjoy each other’s company. Complimentary off-street parking, in this quiet secluded neighborhood, is also provided. Whether you’re looking to play at the beach, go kayaking, surfing, see dolphins and whales, uncover some wildlife at the tide pools, hike or just relax, you’ve come to the right place. This happy house makes a great home base.

Upon arrival, you’ll enter your own private courtyard and patio. There you’ll find a large lounging area. It’s the perfect place to sit and listen to the sounds of the fountain, frogs and crickets while you enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Surrounding the patio are lush plantings, numerous fish sculptures, café lights and solar lanterns to help set the perfect mood for outdoor gatherings and dining. Speaking of dining, enjoy a full size dining table, a gas BBQ with all the tools you’ll need to grill up a gourmet meal. While the food cooks, play a game of corn hole or ping pong and later, take a soak in your own private hot tub while you watch the stars appear.

This room is where our mascot, Hermes, the brown pelican, resides on the wall behind the couch. He will watch over you and your guests while you enjoy this living space.

Area Wildlife
Our location is home to a good deal of wildlife. During the day, it’s not uncommon to see pairs of hawks and falcons flying overhead, woodpeckers in the trees, vultures riding thermals and numerous kinds of song birds. Occasionally, small groups of mule deer, a coyote, bear, raccoon, possum or skunk might wander by. At night, if you’re lucky a great horned or screech owl will float noiselessly above you as crickets and frogs sign you a serenade. At the beach, almost daily, you can spot schools of dolphins playing in the waves while brown pelicans and sand pipers hunt for food. Don’t forget the iconic seagulls who would love to share your lunch. The Carpinteria State Beach is home to tide pools best viewed when the tides are low. They are home to starfish, small crabs, anemones, mussels and the occasional baby octopus. This is only a sampling of the cool animals you’ll see if you’re lucky.
Carpinteria
The small quaint town of Carpinteria offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sporting a Mediterranean climate, we play host to good weather year round. Amongst its attributes you’ll find many fine restaurants in all price ranges, three locally owned breweries, an apiary, two candy stores, coffee shops, miles of uncrowded shore line, a farmers market, local museums, antique and souvenir shopping and sightseeing. A short drive away you can visit the cities of Ventura, Montecito and Santa Barbara to soak up some color, see a movie star or two and enjoy all they have to offer. After a full day return to Sea Breeze Cottage and relax.

Parking: There are two clearly marked parking spaces on the driveway for a maximum of two cars. A security camera & motion detector lights overlook the driveway. This is the only camera in the vicinity of the cottage. There are no cameras pointed at the cottage or in the cottage.
Smoking: There is NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind on any part of the property either inside or outside! We also request NO open flames inside the house, i.e. candles, matches or lighters

The owners live on the property in a separate home. The only shared space is the driveway
