Our newly renovated Lakefront home is perfect for any vacation all four seasons, especially sitting on the lake with a private dock to enjoy. The home is on the corner of L C Larson Drive, and is a five to seven minute walk to the beach. Open Dates in the Next 60 Days : 9/4-9/8 9/15-9/21 9/22-9/27 9/28 - 10/1 10/7 - 10/10 10/14 - 10/31 **Week-long rentals encouraged and receive a discount!** The master bed has a queen bed and the main bath are both on the ground floor - main bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Upstairs is bed # 2 which is a full-sized, and bed # 3 has two single beds as a bunk bed. At the top of the stairs is bath # 2 which has a shower. The big sofa downstairs and upstairs are both pull-out sleeper sofas. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, Keurig, utensils, etc. The living room is an open concept with cathedral ceilings, has an electric fireplace w/ remote and Roku for streaming all of your favorite shows. Master bed also has a Roku set up so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Guests provide the linens, pillow cases, towels and toiletries. These are not provided. ***Important*** Locust Lake Village's main entrance is located off Route 940. Please be aware that GPS might take you the "back way" through the rear entrance that is gated, but that is for owners and full-time residents so please do not attempt entry this way. The community is staffed with 24/7 security in case of emergencies and the office can accommodate you for boat rentals and brochures for surrounding attractions as well as wristbands for access to the grounds/lakes etc. Wristbands are already paid for and included. Owners badges (6 green ones) are in the home for use, if more are needed please ask the office for extras.
