The condo is located across the street from the 27-hole Pagosa golf course and just 5 minutes to the famous Hot Springs, boutique shops, and restaurants. There are the amenities of the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, and the five private lakes that give the area its name – four of which are regularly stocked with bass and trout. It is also close to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and San Juan National Forest and the Weminuche Wilderness. There are trails for mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and hiking. You can sit on the deck with coffee, hot chocolate, or a glass of wine and watch the sunrise or sunset and enjoy many of the wild animals such as fox, deer, geese, eagles, owls and more that have been spotted here.
