Laundry room and convenient mini kitchenette complete this space. The 2nd floor great room has a gourmet kitchen with counter seating and a large dining and living area that open out to the main sundeck perfect for dining and lounging enjoying the ocean views. New 2024 - a partial roof covering providing shade over a portion of the deck space. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, one with a king size bed, ensuite bath and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent hall bath.
