We cannot wait to host you in our recently remodeled 2nd story, 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom condo with back deck views of the 18th hole at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort! Our secure, gated community offers a swimming pool and tennis court directly across the street, walking trails around nearby Lake Monroe, a wonderful restaurant/bar with indoor/outdoor seating, and a nice 18-hole golf course! Plus we hsve new pickle ball courts for rebt (we have the equipment!) We are also only 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington and 20 minutes from Indiana University stadium, so avoid the downtown crowds and enjoy our quiet, peaceful Hoosier Hospitality!
Our condo features a master bedroom with a new king mattress, 32” smart tv, patio door to access the back deck, and an ensuite full bathroom with shower stall. The second bedroom features a new queen mattress, 32” smart tv, and direct access to the 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional guests and has a 50” smart tv. Our recently remodeled kitchen boasts new appliances, including a separate wine/beverage fridge, and is stocked with the amenities needed to prepare and enjoy a fabulous home-cooked meal. We also have a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We offer fast, free wifi and free parking for 2-3 cars. Note that boats/trailers cannot be parked onsite, but you can rent secure/gated parking space across the street from our communityfor a small fee.contact me for info on that.

Summary: Property was very well appointed and comfortable. Since a trip to the winery is always our first stop we appreciated the built in wine fridge! It was very quiet and relaxing. Though close in proximity, neither of us heard the other get up and move around the apartment in the mornings. Full of thoughtful touches, such as the goody baskets on the counter and soft comfy throws to snuggle under. All the main streaming apps were downloaded to the tvs. Appreciated that both bedrooms had televisions. Owner was very quick to answer questions and if I'd read the welcome instructions they really laid everything out beautifully. We would return to this property and any others she might own.
