Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Riad Chama exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Bab Marrakech and the Medina, yet very calm and relaxing. The riad is beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is excellent, and every detail is carefully curated. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, breakfast there is simply amazing, fresh and delicious, with a beautiful view. What truly makes this place outstanding is the service. Salim and his team are incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. The service is flawless, communication is easy, and everything is perfectly organized (arrival, porter, transfers, etc.). From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of, they arranged a porter to carry our luggage from the nearest parking at Bab Marrakech, which made the arrival very smooth and stress-free. We felt at home from the very first moment. This is without hesitation one of the best places to stay in Essaouira. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.
