Rio Rainbow Cabin sleeps 12+ and sits riverfront on the Rio Grande River in South Fork, CO. The Gold medal waters are home to world class rainbow and brown trout right off your back porch. We are 17 miles from Wolf Creek ski area which boasts the most snow in Colorado. South Fork is the closest town to the mountain with no snowy passes to travel up or down. There are hundreds of miles of snow mobile and ATV trails in the area. In the summer explore Wheeler Geological Area, hike to waterfalls, climb a 14er in the beautiful San Juan Mountains, explore beautiful Creede and its amazing mines, or just sit on the back porch and enjoy nature. We are located right on the scenic Silver Thread Highway which is the most beautiful of drives. The cabin is stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need down to Le Cruset pots to smart TV's in every bedroom and all the comforts of home. Weather permitting it is a treat to start up a fire in the outdoor pit, grill, and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We hope you love our piece of paradise as much as we do.
