There is a balcony off the living room with a gas and charcoal grill. Then in the gourmet kitchen, there is a subzero refrigerator, Viking gas cooktop and double electric ovens, and a charming breakfast room for 6. The dining room seats 8-10, a guest bath and the Master bedroom and a marble master bath complete this floor. An elevator services all three floors. The first floor has a large entry with a spiral staircase and a large booklined library with a fireplace, an antique partners desk, Roku TVs, oriental rugs and flagstone throughout. Also a charming bathroom with a shower, and queen-size Murphy bed and separate entrance to the private swimming pool with waterfall fountain. The third floor has another guest bedroom with antique twin beds and full bath, and large balcony and the laundry. Also there is a lightfilled Artist's studio with North light. The house is 4,000 square feet so has plenty of room to spread out!
