Positive: It was really close to Namba station with multiple train lines so transport was a breeze, and the OCAT bus terminal is also nearby, allowing easy access to the airport bus to-and-from Kansai Airport. Easy walk to Dotonbori but not too close so it's still in a peaceful area. Easy key collection and the host was very responsive via the booking app chat. I had found that the kettle wasn't working on arrival, and the host managed to get us a replacement kettle the day after.

Negative: The building itself was quite old and sketchy, and frankly i wasn't confident in using some of the power outlets. The shower was a tiny cubicle near the entrance. If anyone was showering, you couldn't use water anywhere else or the water pressure and temperature for the person showering would drop.

Summary: Not perfect but decent facilities, and great value for location
