Summary: My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but we needed the quiet surroundings at this time and it did provide that. (Also, water leaking under the kitchen sink, we reported and owners were aware. I wish they had warned us going into it because we stopped using it until they finally responded.) I don't want to be disparranging about our overall stay, but with a little more work it could be a nice five star location for sure. Looking forward to see how it gets improved and will most likely look at staying there again sometime down the road.
