Quiet, studio apartment overlooks garden with chicken and turkeys in backyard. Surrounding area with infinite access points to Farmington river in New Hartford, Barkhamsted and Riverton. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT PROVIDE RIVER ACCESS as we raise poultry in the yard. Apartment is located 1 mile from town center with homemade ice cream and farm store and antique shop. Also within 1 mile of Ski Sundown. Kayak, paddleboard or tubing rentals within short distance. Surroundings include river access for fly fishing, Peoples State Forest, MDC, West Hill and Highland lakes for beach and boat access. Excellent spot for any fisherman or folks that wish to get away and explore nature. Neighboring Riverton has glass blowing studio, ice cream and local eatery.
