2 Bedroom Apartment in Kelseyville

Riviera Retreat has been remodeled and upgraded. It is very clean and comfortable. We live in the same neighborhood so I can verify it is very safe and friendly. We do have fast WiFi and access to apps such as Netflix all you do is sign into to your account. There is plenty of parking including boat parking. We are a small rural community. Riviera Retreat does have a lot of stairs to get up to it so anyone with walking disabilities will have a hard time.
The space
It is considered a two story but once you are up to the apartment there is a lake view from the deck. Very enjoyable especially in the summer. Lots of hiking trails as well as wineries near by. If you enjoy the sounds of birds and watching the wild life stroll by you will like it here. It is a two bed two bath. Most of our guest are working travelers with no need for the second rooms so we close it off unless it is needed.

Summary: We loved the location. It's close to wineries, has a great view, mini market is fairly close. Owner is very responsive and nice. One should understand there are two flights of stairs to carry your stuff up. There is ample light, even in the dark. The view is lovely. I would liked it even more is there were an outdoor grill and a small patio set in the back yard. This is one house divided in two rentals with a shared pard and laundry room. We were confused as to if we were supposed to be in unit "1" or "2." The posting should make it more clear which unit we rented.
