Welcome to our peaceful place in north Macon! The basement is separate from the rest of the house, yet decorated as part of our home--not as just a rental--it feels very cozy. It is incredibly quiet and we are surrounded by nature. It is the perfect place to relax, rest, and recharge. The king bed has a memory foam mattress and a variety of pillows (can be separated into 2 twins if preferred). There is a coffee making station, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and includes storage space for towels and laundry baskets. There is a large living/dining combination room perfect for relaxing, playing board games, or getting work done. The basement has a separate entrance that opens to a brick patio overlooking the woods. A brick staircase leads through the garden to your parking space on the driveway. We love our quiet street and the sound of the birds singing. This is a perfect place for a wedding weekend, personal retreat, or a home away from home while visiting Macon. Very close to Wesleyan College, Ingleside Baptist Church, and Coliseum Northside Hospital.
