Summary: The hotel itself is aesthetically nice, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable than expected. One major issue is that the second bed is located in a makeshift loft, which isn’t clearly mentioned in the booking description. You have to climb a fairly uncomfortable ladder to access it, which may not be ideal for everyone. We also experienced issues with the water not working for an entire day, and there was poor communication from the staff during that time. The toilet had plumbing problems as well and was unusable for two days, which was frustrating. While the property has potential, the lack of transparency and basic maintenance made the stay disappointing overall.
